Train With Confidence, Control, and Purpose
No Sparring. No Contact.
There is no fighting, sparring, or hitting another participant. Every session keeps the focus on fitness, technique, and feeling capable in a welcoming environment.
Controlled Intensity
Choose the pace and power that suit your current fitness level. Coaches provide clear options so beginners and experienced members can train side by side safely.
Safe Pad-Based Defence Drills
Learn defensive movement, awareness, and striking combinations through structured drills on pads and equipment—not against people. Build practical skills with control and confidence.
1. Dynamic Warm-Up
About 8 minutes. Mobilise your joints, raise your heart rate, and activate the muscles you will use with easy movement patterns and kickboxing-inspired basics.
2. Technique & Skill Building
About 10 minutes. Break down punches, kicks, footwork, and defensive movement step by step, with coaching cues that help you move safely and efficiently.
3. Pad-Based Drill Rounds
About 15 minutes. Put technique into action with controlled combinations on pads and equipment. There is no sparring—just focused, supported practice at your level.
4. Conditioning Finish & Cooldown
About 17 minutes. Finish with scalable strength and cardio intervals, then bring your heart rate down with guided stretching and recovery work so you leave feeling accomplished.
